What happens after I submit this form?

Our team will review your requirements immediately. Within 24 hours, you will receive a detailed proposal and a fixed-price quote via email. If we have specific questions, we might send you a quick WhatsApp message to clarify.

Is this consultation free?

Yes, 100%. Filling out this form and receiving a proposal costs you nothing. You are under no obligation to proceed until you sign off on the quote.

Do I need to have all my text and photos ready now?

Not necessarily. We can start the design process using placeholder text and stock images. However, providing your own content early helps us finish the project faster. If you hate writing, ask about our Content Writing packages!

Will I own my website?

Absolutely. Unlike some agencies that "rent" websites to you, at Content-Gen, you own 100% of your website, domain, and code once the final balance is paid. You are free to move it to another host in the future if you wish.

How do payments work?

We typically require a 50% deposit to secure your slot in our development schedule and start work. The remaining 50% balance is due only when you are happy with the work and ready to go live.

How long does it take to build a website?

• Starter Sites: 2–3 working days.

• Business Sites: 5–7 working days.

• Custom/E-commerce: 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.

• We will provide a strict timeline in your proposal.

I’m not in Johannesburg/Pretoria. Can we still work together?

Yes! We work with clients all over South Africa (and globally). We communicate effectively via WhatsApp, Zoom, and Email to ensure you are part of the process every step of the way.

Can I update it myself?

Absolutely! We build on user-friendly platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Webflow, and we provide training. Or if you prefer, we offer maintenance packages where we handle updates for you.

What if I don't like the design?

We include 4 rounds of revisions in our process, and we don't move forward until you're happy with the design. Our goal is to create something you absolutely love.
